In each company of SIPH, an Ethics Entity Committee is set up, with credible employees recognized for their integrity. The recommended composition of an Ethics Entity Committee is as follows: the CEO, the Director or Head of Internal Audit, the Human Resources Manager, a staff representative and other members chosen for their integrity and objectivity.

The Ethics Entity Committees meet at least twice a year for ordinary meetings. Extraordinary meetings may be called in the event of situations requiring an urgent decision by the committee. The meeting-minutes of Entity Committee meetings are systematically sent to the Group Ethics Committee.

The SIPH Ethics Committee meets at least once a year to review the activities of the Ethics Entity Committees and rule on matters common to the firm which are referred to it. Extraordinary meetings can be organized in case of an emergency. Anyone who has knowledge of a fact or of an irregular or likely to constitute a violation of the law situation in this Code of Conduct or in the Group's procedures, has the obligation and the duty to notify it as soon as possible the Ethics Entity Committee concerned.

SIPH commits to maintaining adequate procedures to ensure the confidentiality of information received and the anonymity of any person who submits a complaint relating to wrongdoing to an Ethics Committee.
