Convention Signature SAPH/METFPA: SAPH Offers 1000 jobs to young people from Professional Training Schools
SAPH and the Ministry of Technical Education, Professional Training and Apprenticeship (METFPA), signed on Tuesday, May 16th 2023, at the Tower B cabinet, an agreement for training and integration during the next 3 years, of 1 000 young people, including 30% of women, on all of its Agro-Industrial sites.
This agreement is part of the agreement signed in December 2021 by METFPA and SIFCA Group’s General Management on the implementation of the 2nd Chance School (E2C) and Talent Academy (ACT) programs initiated by the METFPA.
Development Worker, Manufacturing Worker, Factory Electrician, Auto Electrician, Auto Mechanic, Tappers, Harvesters and Stimulators are among the trades targeted by SAPH.
also provides for the establishment of a METFPA-SAPH committee for the attribution of professional certificates to the SAPH staff.
