Delivery of bags of compost
On August 4th, 2021, 10 tons of compost from household waste recovery were returned to cultivation. This action is part of the process of converting waste into organic fertilizer to regenerate the soil and reduce our consumption of mineral fertilizers. Efficiency in sustainable fertilization is a priority for Bongo IFU.
It must be noted that: Developmental test phases to characterize the nutritional value of this compost have been carried out beforehand. 15 tons of compost are awaiting delivery along with 45 tons maturing.
