GREL is with the people of Nsein for the Kundum Festival

On Friday September 21st, 2019, a delegation of GREL, PALMCI and SIFCA driven by Mrs. Henriette GOMIS BILLON, Director of Communication and Sustainable Development was present at the side of the population of Nsein during the traditional « Kundum Festival », a celebration of the annual harvest.

Invited by Nana Awulae Afyefi Kwame II, chief of Nsein, Mrs Gomis-Billon, a member of the nobility of Nsein since her enthronement in December 2018 as « Queen Mother of Development » took the occasion to donate 50 coolers and 300 yards of traditional cloth to the widows of the village.

The latter, met on the sidelines of the event, were sensitized by their « Nkosuohemaa »* , renamed Raale Kpa Abenlema Billon, to work hand in hand for the development of the region.

This presence was also the occasion for the delegation to visit the construction yard of the Health Center initiated by GREL to offer proximity care to over 26 000 inhabitants of the region.
