SAPH receives the Côte d'Ivoire 2022 "TOP EMPLOYER" International Certification

The Top Employer Institute, an international authority that certifies excellency in good Human Resources practices has awarded SAPH, a subsidiary of SIFCA Group, the "TOP EMPLOYER 2022" certification, on January 20th 2022.

SAPH is the first subsidiary of an Ivorian Group, to receive this international standards award from the 1st attempt. Thus, the firm is now positionned in the very secluded ranking of firms committed to offering the best working conditions to their staff through good, sustainable and innovative Human Ressources practices that benefit mankind, a main value at the core of the SIFCA Group strategy. SAPH joins 246 African firms also qualified including 8 from Côte d'Ivoire out of 1691 worldwide.
