Academic excellence: SAPH honours Toupah’s top pupils

SAPH EXCELLENCE TOUPAH 2026

Every year, Collège Moderne 2 in Toupah sets aside a day to celebrate pupils who have stayed on track. On 15 May 2026, for its sixth edition, the Day of Excellence brought together the educational community, local authorities and families around a simple message: hard work deserves to be recognised.

To illustrate this message, SAPH presented 30 school kits and food hampers to the top students of the academic year. Representing Ms Henriette Gomis-Billon, Director of Communications and Sustainable Development at the SIFCA Group and patron of the event, Mr Ange-Parfait Kouakou, Director of Financial Control at SAPH, congratulated the pupils and teachers before proposing a name for this year’s cohort: the ‘Quality Cohort’. A powerful symbol that embodies not only the values of rigour, a job well done and merit, but also sums up what the school and its partners expect from everyone.

The ceremony was attended by Ms Bintou Coulibaly, Sub-Prefect of Toupah; Mr Coulibaly Sylvestre, Director of the Toupah Integrated Agricultural Unit; the representative of the DRENA; and the village chief of Toupah.

By supporting this initiative, SAPH is aligning its work with the United Nations SDG 4 — ensuring quality education and equal opportunities for all young people — right where its activities are taking root.
